Develop and implement client services standard operation procedures (SOP).
- Ensure that the Customer Care team is working efficiently.
- Handling inquiries related within the Customer care Department to ensure the effectiveness and on-time implementation.
- Monitor the customer care department, internal databases that consist the information are clear and resolve.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience as Customer Service Lead (preferable from Technology Industry/E-Commerce).
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp7.500.000 - Rp10.000.000 per bulan
