**CUSTOMER CARE**
Kualifikasi:
- Pria maks. 25 tahun
- Minimal < 1 tahun pengalaman Customer Care / Customer Service
- Minimal pendidikan Diploma / Sarjana
- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Terbiasa menggunakan komputer dan internet
- Cepat dalam mempelajari dan menguasai sistem customer care baru
Job deskripsi:
- Melayani komplain dari customer yang datang, telepon dan chat
- Mencari jalan keluar dari setiap keluhan customer
- Menjelaskan product knowledge kepada customer
- Berhubungan dengan departemen lain melalui sistem perusahaan untuk penyelesaian masalah customer
**Salary**: Rp3,800,000 - Rp4,200,000 per month
