PT SUPER SPRING berdiri sejak 2008 dan memfokuskan diri pada teknologi GPS. Diawali dengan produk GPS Navigasi (petunjuk jalan) yang kemudian berkembang ke produk GPS Tracker (pelacak kendaraan). Bekerja sama dengan penyedia peta: GoogleMaps dan operator terbaik di Indonesia: Telkomsel. Saat ini SUPERSPRING memiliki 43 kantor cabang di seluruh Indonesia dengan lebih dari 300.000 pelanggan. Kualifikasi:
- Pria maks. 25 tahun
- Minimal < 1 tahun pengalaman Customer Care / Customer Service
- Minimal pendidikan Diploma / Sarjana
- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Terbiasa menggunakan komputer dan internet
- Cepat dalam mempelajari dan menguasai sistem customer care baru
Job deskripsi:
- Melayani komplain dari customer yang datang, telepon dan chat
- Mencari jalan keluar dari setiap keluhan customer
- Menjelaskan product knowledge kepada customer
- Berhubungan dengan departemen lain melalui sistem perusahaan untuk penyelesaian masalah customer
**Salary**: Rp3,800,000 - Rp4,200,000 per month
