NH Korindo Sekuritas Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care and Services Staff. As part of our Customer Care and Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Account Management**: Assist clients with account opening, account maintenance, and account-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- **Trade Execution Support**: Facilitate trade execution for clients by coordinating with internal departments, processing trade orders accurately, and ensuring seamless execution of transactions.
- **Market Updates**: Keep clients informed about market developments, economic trends, and investment opportunities, providing insights and analysis to help them make informed decisions.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards in all client interactions and operational processes.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account information, and generate reports as required by management and regulatory authorities.
- **Client Education**: Educate clients about various investment products, trading platforms, and risk management strategies to empower them to make informed investment decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Valid WPPE or WPPE-P license issued by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan - OJK).
- Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field in the financial services industry preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all aspects of the job.

**Salary**: From Rp6,500,000 per month

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

License/Certification:

- WPPE / WPPE-P (preferred)
