- Developing CRM Multicategory strategy to help local market in maintaining/improving consumer retention & loyalty by understanding key business objective & target and ensuring effective consumer data segmentation to define specific journey for each segment.
- Develop CRM execution plan/calendar to ensure effective CRM communication in driving campaign goal and avoid consumer fatigue in receiving CRM communication by strong collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders both local (Digital Analytic, Audience management, Digital Product, Ecomm, Digital Content, BAG, RRP team, RRP commercial team, RRP Consumer Journey team, CSC, CC Brand Team) and Global & Region stakeholders (Global DCE2 CRM team, Region Digital Hub) & also relevant external stakeholders (CRM agency)

Who we’re looking for:

- Require a minimum of Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Digital, CRM or other related roles, especially those having the experience on CRM and Digital campaign strategy
- Familiar with CRM tools and reporting dashboard, such as Salesforce, PowerBI.
- Strong Data Analysis on Microsoft Excel and Data Visualization on Microsoft Power Point
- Agile and have strong drive for result and strong logical & rational thinking
- Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Understanding of CRM platforms
- Analytical and strategic thinker
- Communicative and customer-centric
- Agile & Collaborative with strong influencing skill
- Direct and digital marketing skills
- Well-organized
