Kami adalahPerusahaan besar di bidang **Distribusi Alat Kesehatan** membutuhkan _**National Sales Manager**_ yang berpengalaman dan berdedikasi untuk memimpin Tim Penjualan kami di seluruh Indonesia. Posisi ini akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi penjualan yang efektif, dengan tujuan meningkatkan penjualan produk Alat Kesehatan kami serta memperluas pangsa pasar.
**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**:
- Mengembangkan strategi penjualan Nasional yang selaras dengan tujuan perusahaan.
- Memimpin, melatih, dan mengawasi Tim Penjualan untuk mencapai target penjualan
- Membangun dan memelihara hubungan dengan pelanggan kunci dan mitra bisnis.
- Menganalisis tren pasar dan kinerja penjualan untuk mengidentifikasi peluang pertumbuhan.
- Memperluas market share.
- Menyusun dan mengelola anggaran penjualan.
- Melaporkan kinerja penjualan kepada manajemen senior secara berkala.
**Kualifikasi**:
- Pria /Wanita
- Pendidikan mínimal S1 di bidang Bisnis, Pemasaran, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman mínimal 3 tahun di posisi manajerial dalam penjualan,dengan fokus pada industri Alat Kesehatan
- Memiliki jaringan yang luas dengan Instansi Pemerintah, Dinas Kesehatan & Rumah Sakit Pemerintah maupun Swasta
- Memiliki keterampilan kepemimpinan yang kuat dan kemampuan untuk memotivasi tim.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis, negosiasi dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
- Komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif
- Mempunyai kendaraan sendiri
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas secara nasional.
