**About the team**:
**What you’ll do**:
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving company sales objectives, expanding market share, and increasing revenue.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets. Provide guidance and coaching to enhance their performance.
- **Sales Fundamentals**: Focus on optimizing productivity, efficiency, and strategic route map planning to streamline sales operations, reduce travel costs, and maximize results.
- **Customer Feedback**: Actively collect and validate feedback from sales teams and users to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements and improvements in sales processes.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and threats. Adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- **Budget Management**:Develop and manage the sales budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and key performance indicators to senior management.
- **Training and Development**: Implement training programs to ensure the sales team continually enhances their product knowledge and selling skills.
**What we’re looking for**:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management, with a strong background in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of maximizing productivity efficiency and strategic route map planning.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivating and guiding a sales team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and drive informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and collaborate with team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
