Lead, inspire, and manage the national sales team to ensure high performance and motivation.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets in the logistics or express delivery industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills, ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficient in both English and Indonesian.
