This role will be based in our Jakarta Office and report to the Country Revenue Director.

We are looking for a leader who can inspire and manage our sales team and who is passionate about our mission to help millions of parents in Indonesia. The Head of Sales will create the sales strategy and plan to drive growth across our multiple products with agencies and direct clients.
- Achieve individual and team revenue target within defined margins. Drive revenue growth via managed and programmatic sales streams
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets, OKRs and KPIs especially fundamental sales acquisition and client relationship management
- Help the sales team develop the relevant skills and practices for achieving sales success by conducting regular performance reviews of sales teams.
- Design, implement and manage effective strategic sales plans, sales reports and OKRs to reach targets
- Drive the strategic planning process, forecasting, tracking and reporting on sales performance
- Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to better understand client needs and business opportunities, and establish theAsianparent as a strategic partner
- Leverage theAsianparent products and a suite of solutions to establish new business and retain existing businesses
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Keep up to date with trends and developments in the industry to gain early insights

What are we looking for
- Possess at least 5 years of relevant sales and/or management experience in digital publishing and/or mobile advertising industry or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of sales, marketing techniques and best practices
- A good relationship with key direct clients in FMCG, Mom and Baby Care, Fashion and Beauty
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Strong experience with the Microsoft Office suite
- Meticulous, organized, and good attention to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and project management abilities
