**Job Title**: National Offline Sales Manager (Jakarta)

**Job title**:
The role will deliver the business performance for your assigned area and / or customers. You will develop and optime the sales of our products in the Personal Health (Male Grooming, Oral Health Care, Mother and Childcare, Beauty) sector to the Indonesian sales channels through distributors.

**Your role**:

- Deliver the business performance at Market / region / area level.
- Define business plans to deliver on targets. Analyses performance of the indirect channel partners and / or customers, identifies problems, and formulates recommendations, then makes it happen.
- Develop strong Joint Business Plans with top customers / distributors.
- Drive external focus on consumers, shoppers, customers.
- Develop Market Channel and Customer Go To Market strategy to drive superior presence across key channels.
- Work with internal and external teams to execute marketing activation plan within the assigned Market / region / area.
- Execute excellent go-to-market execution in the market with superior presence.
- Intimate knowledge of our products and customers to be able to find opportunities to further grow Philips and the market.

**You're the right fit if**:

- Breadth of commercial and customer facing experience, minimum 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing from the Electronic / FMCG Industry.
- Strong business acumen and drive for excellence in execution.
- Distributor Management experience with proven ability to develop and create partnerships.
- In-depth understanding of the consumer goods industry/ business, including internal and external relations.
- Experience in influencing cross-functional teams in complex organizations.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
- Advanced in Microsoft office and presentation skills.
- Excellent team player - able to inspire distributor partners, internal, and external parties to grow the market.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta.
