**About the Role.**

**As a part of our administrative team, this position is essential to the successful control of our production. Your daily work will range from preparing the orders for production, data entry into our production and accounting systems, customer service to key accounts, support to our Operations Manager, and other ad hoc tasks as required. We are a new company that is rapidly growing, and no two days are the same.**

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Service
- Preparing orders for production
- Customer Invoicing using our WMS
- Liaise with the Accounts team on Customer Invoicing, processing payments, Accounts Receivable, and other bookkeeping matters
- Support the Operations Manager on maintaining the integrity of the data within our WMS
- Other ad hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Mininum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and the Google suite
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and written, as well as in Bahasa
- Able to work under pressure in a multicultural environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Experience in a startup company is valued but not essential.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable is highly valued.
