**Job Summary**:
As a **Sales Secretary,**you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing administrative and organizational support, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with various sales-related activities. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate and maintain sales-related documents such as contracts, invoices, and presentations.
- Monitor and update sales databases, records, and CRM systems.
- Assist in organizing events, promotional campaigns, and customer meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role (experience in sales support is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
