**About work**仕事内容について**:
As the Head of executive management in the Indonesia region, s/he will be responsible for the whole operations within the region, including for team development, business development, and several other key areas, including but not limited to below responsibilities:
Be responsible for final quality control on all work, its delivery and presentation to clients, and in answering all questions from clients in relation to such work.
Ensure rigorous quality control of all final deliverables for key assignment modules and workstreams.
Be responsible for the mentoring, welfare, development, and motivation of all engagement team members including Professional Development Goal review and Annual Review meetings.
Provide continuous guidance to all team members under their responsibility
Take responsibility for managing specific strategic partner, senior advisor, and senior consultant relationships.
