The Sales Partner Support is responsible for maintaining the relationships with business partners to drive mutual growth and success. This role involves managing a portfolio of partner accounts, fostering collaboration, and implementing strategies to maximize value for both parties. The Sales Partner Support acts as the main point of contact for partners, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Areas of Responsibility:
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary liaison between the organization and its partners. Understand partner needs, objectives, and challenges, and together with sales to develop strategies to address them effectively.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of partner accounts, overseeing all aspects of the partnership lifecycle. Develop account plans, address performance targets, and track progress against goals. Monitor partner satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and identify growth opportunities. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide insights to shape strategic decision-making. Identify areas for collaboration, innovation, and new initiatives.
- Performance Optimization: Work closely with partners to optimize performance and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and together with sales to develop action plans to enhance partner performance. Provide guidance and support to partners to help them achieve their objectives.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and partners. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives. Regularly communicate updates, share best practices, and together with product sales to provide necessary training or resources to partners.
- Contract and Agreement Management: Collaborate with sales, legal and finance teams to negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Review contract performance, assess risks, and propose amendments or renewals as necessary.
- Reporting and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on partner performance data, including revenue, profitability, and other relevant metrics. Develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement and optimize partner relationships.

**Experience**:
2+ years of Partner Management, Sales, Business Development, or Channel Partner.**Requirements**:
