- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Partner Organization interacts with leading partner organizations such as technology partners, consulting partners and distributors to serve customers on their Cloud journey with AWS.

As the Partner Development Manager Distribution within Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of AWS' services and solutions with key strategic distributor partners in Indonesia and region wide.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an incredibly fast-growing business. A primary responsibility of this role will be to assess the Distribution and partner landscape in Indonesia to ensure it is set-up to support a volume and value business enabling for the scaling of services while also supporting the most complex of migration opportunities. The right individual will need to focus on development to ensure we build a sustainable long-term channel driving top line revenue growth and customer adoption through these partners. They will also work to ensure each partner chooses AWS as the preferred platform for their customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Support the execution of the technology services distribution programs in Indonesia (and potentially other ASEAN countries as required)
- Support the process for reviewing the Distribution business in country to ensure strong execution and alignment with AWS’s key performance indicators
- Develop structured processes around onboarding, enabling and supporting distribution partners for scaling business and operations
- Serve as a key member of the AWS distribution team in helping to define and deliver the overall go-to-market strategy
- Own all reporting of distribution and participating in regular business reviews with leadership and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel around the country the role is based in and to potentially support other countries when required.

- Degree/MBA in relevant disciplines with at least ten years of working knowledge of software development tech companies.
- Extensive channel and alliance experience in ASEAN is an essential requirement to be successful in this role.
- Experience working within the enterprise software industry is highly desired, especially in the virtualization, cloud or enterprise software spaces.
- Exposure to and experience is developing channel programs to deliver sustainable revenue.
