**HR Operations Officer**
**JOB PURPOSE**:
- Perform all key HR operations and administrative tasks while supporting recruitment process for R level, wellbeing program and HR event organizer.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
HR Operation
- Ensure accurate employee records, including personnel files, timekeeping and payroll information.
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans and other compensation packages.
- Ensure regular reviews, updates and enforcement of HR policies and procedures (REGINA).
- Ensure payroll records and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting department to reconcile payroll accounts.
Talent Acquisition
- Perform the recruitment processes for R Level:
- Intake meetings
- Job postings
- Screening resumes
- Arrange interviews
- Extending offers.
- Ensure the hiring activities has complied with local and global regulations.
- Collaborate with HR Partner in conducting people staffing approach for specific transformation initiatives/projects (if any).
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- 4 to 6 years of experiences, focusing on HR Operations and Payroll.
- Understanding of labor laws.
- Proficient in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, SAP, payroll software).
- Having experience as a recruiter would be an advantage.
- Able to communicate in English (verbal and written).
