Handle and maintain confidentiality of personal employee documents and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Draft and manage employment agreements such PKWT, PKWTT, SK Karyawan, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance through HRIS.
- Manage employee reimbursement processes & benefits administration, such: Medical insurance and BPJS, etc.
- Support HR Manager in the payroll administration
- Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor Degree any Major but preferably in Psychology, Law or Management, max 35 years old
2. Had experience in Recruitment and Operation minimum 5-6 years
3. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
4. Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
5. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
6. Proficient in HRIS, MS Office Suite, G-drive, Spreadsheet, Google Docs, Project management Tools, etc
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
