**The role**
- Based in Jakarta
- Reports to the Senior Vice President, Singapore
- Responsible for providing solutions to client opportunities across our Logistics services

This highly analytical role will see you responsible for providing solutions to client opportunities across our Logistics services. By building cross-functional relationships, you will liaise with key stakeholders in driving requirements analysis, solution development, pricing and costing, proposal documentation, solution presentations and negotiations.

As an Intralogistics Solutions Manager, you will:

- Oversee the entire tender process for specific opportunities with includes the development of response format / pricing matrix / responding to queries to timely submission of RFI, RFP and RFQ to customer / sponsors
- Provide expertise in the cost modeling and analysis of business for pricing determination and business improvement analysis
- Provide analysis and design support in the pursuit of new business, inclusive of requirement clarifications, tender evaluations, manpower calculations, infrastructure investments and design.
- Identify and develop with existing or new customers, improved supply chain strategies that are innovative and offer win/win solutions
- Prepare Drawings in CAD/REVIT and presentations to highlight in exact detail the requirements for Layouts and designs
- Maintain insight into existing clients, their product profiles and our client services scope Support developing clear and worthwhile client references and case studies.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Undergraduate qualifications in Business and/or Logistics/Engineering.
- Over 5 years working experience in related industry, with at least 3 years in a lead Intralogistics/Warehouse Solutions role. Overseas experience will be an advantage
- Detailed Knowledge of Intralogistics operations, material flow design and optimization and solutions engineering.
- Strong Commercial acumen/skills
- Innovative approach to problem solving.
- Strong MS Office, expertise in PowerPoint design. AutoCAD/REVIT design tools. Working knowledge of operating systems incl WMS/TMS/ERP and interfacing thereof an advantage.
