**What You Will Do**:

- Generate leads and conduct cold-calling for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to devise effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Research organizations and individuals for new opportunities and appropriate contacts.
- Follow up on leads, arrange meetings, and make sales presentations.
- Develop quotes, proposals, and contracts adhering to legal guidelines.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Communicate new product developments to prospective clients.

**What You Will Need**:

- Proven experience in Business Development, cold calling, and strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in English, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- More than 2 years of experience in Business Development.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree is required, and experience in the market research industry is a plus.

**Specific Criteria We're Looking For**:

- Experience and network with government, State-owned enterprises, NGOs, and international organizations.
- Participation in government tenders and e-Proc registration is highly valued.
