**The Position**

As a Business Development Executive at Zeroe, you will drive our sales and revenue growth in Indonesia. This senior role involves not just identifying new business opportunities but also closing deals and building lasting relationships with key clients. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Founder, leveraging your deep understanding of our industry and clients to sell our innovative solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Zeroe's sales initiatives, focusing on identifying and closing deals with enterprise-level clients.
- Develop and execute strategies for new business development, including identifying potential clients and understanding their specific needs in emissions measurement and decarbonization.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target segments, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and materials.
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor developments.
- Lead negotiations and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.
- Provide input and strategic advice to the product development team based on client feedback and market needs. Regularly report on sales activity and progress towards targets.

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English and Bahasa with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a business development role within the ESG Consulting, Enterprise SaaS, or Fintech sector selling to C-level executives.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and successfully closing deals.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a fast-paced startup environment. Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of the climate tech industry.
