- Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with compliance-related tasks and monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and managing the legal department’s calendar

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a corporate or law firm setting.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to Speak English
