**ASSISTANT MANAGER NEEDED**

**DUTIES INCLUDE**
- Opening and/or closing the shop.
- Being the “face” of Reeflex and representing the company’s ethos.
- Scheduling daily activities (Pool sessions, boat trips, shore dives etc).
- Ensuring impeccable customer experience throughout.
- Ensuring that Reeflex meet the needs of its partners.
- Maintaining a welcoming, professional and positive work atmosphere.
- Assisting the General Manager in coordinating the senior Instructor, dive pros, captains, office staff, equipment specialist and the support staff.
- Ensuring that all teams accomplish their daily/weekly/monthly tasks.
- Overseeing the maintenance of the Dive Centre’s infrastructure (Buildings, pool, boat engines, compressors, dive gear, trucks etc).
- Organising staff meetings for each department and providing clear directions.
- Managing human resources (leaves & attendance, contracts, employment termination, immigration requirements etc).
- Interacting with the local and regional administration.
- Ensuring the dive centre’s supplies are appropriately stocked.
- Ensuring the timely payments of suppliers and staff.
- Performing daily and monthly accounting tasks to send reports to the certified accountants.
- Ensuring the legal, financial and administrative compliance of reeflex (KKP, NPWP, Pas Kecil, local taxes, etc).
- Producing financial, operational and marketing reports.
- Performing day to day tasks as needed to cover other staff members’ leave.
- Enforcing the company policies and SSI standards.

Reeflex Divers has been operating in Nusa Penida for the past 7 years. We are focused on delivering high end dive services while putting conservation at the heart of the Reeflex dive experience through our partnership with an NGO offering marine conservation programs within our structure. We strongly believe that any member of the Reeflex team plays an essential part in strengthening our reputation and that the well being of our staff helps us achieve the company’s goals. **CANDIDATE PROFILE**

You are an outgoing, cheerful and service oriented person. You are computer literate and a fast learner that is meticulous, organised and know how to prioritise tasks. You are also autonomous, reliable and possess solid problem solving skills.

Beyond being passionate and very knowledgeable about scuba diving and the industry, you are able to speak and write fluently in English (French or other European languages are a massive plus).

Ideally you have work experience in Indonesia and can speak bahasa Indonesia. For you, management means offering support whenever and wherever it is needed, encouraging and welcoming constructive feedback from your team and building on their strength to create a positive work environment.

**QUALITIES EXPECTED**:

- Previous working experience in the dive industry
- Spotless written and spoken English (other languages a massive plus)
- Outgoing and cheerful people person
- Enthusiastic salesperson
- Solid leadership and management skills

- Quick learner with excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to follow processes to the letter
- Willingness to work in Nusa Penida.
- Willingness to commit long term (1 to 2 years).
