**RecruitGo** is seeking dedicated and passionate Farm Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will be integral to our operations, ensuring the growth and maintenance of our sustainable agriculture practices.
We are looking for individuals who are not only hardworking and reliable but also innovative, empathetic, and community-oriented. You should be adaptable and flexible, detail-oriented, and a proactive self-starter. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English are important as you will be collaborating with a diverse team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily farm tasks
- Handle and fulfill customer orders
- Study plants to improve growing methods, crop yields, and solve problems
- Help with selecting plants, creating planting schedules, and budgeting
- Keep detailed records of seeds, crops, and samples
- Create reports and share findings with management and clients
- Perform other assigned tasks

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Required Skill: Microsoft Word, Excel
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work under limited supervision.
- Able to converse in English

Preferred Qualifications:

- Have experience in modern farming/agronomist work related
- Knowledge about hydroponic system
