Krystal is setting up a new team in Indonesia to help promote our brand in Indonesia and acquire local Indonesian users. They will build and execute user acquisition strategy, be the face of Krystal for all our activities in Indonesia, identify local partners Krystal should work with and lead the relationship with them, and attend various industry events in Indonesia to represent Krystal.
- Create and implement comprehensive on-and-offline marketing campaigns tailored to the Indonesian market
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, understand user behavior, and analyze competitors within the Indonesian cryptocurrency market
- Update the team on industry trends, regulatory changes, and user preferences to inform marketing strategies and adapt to market conditions
- Adapt global marketing materials, including website content, whitepapers, blog posts, and tutorials, to resonate with the Indonesian audience and comply with Indonesian regulations
- Manage and grow our social media presence in Indonesia, especially on Twitter and Telegram
- Develop and share compelling content to educate, engage, and foster a sense of community among Indonesian users.
- Identify and support Indonesian Business Development Manager to establish strategic marketing partnerships with local crypto influencers, blockchain projects, crypto exchanges, and media outlets to increase brand visibility and user acquisition
- Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives, joint events, and educational campaigns to drive adoption of Krystal wallet in the Indonesian market.
- Monitor key marketing metrics, such as user awareness, trials, and acquisition and provide regular reports on campaign performance and user behavior

**Requirements**:

- Go-getter mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business fields
- 1-3 years of experience in Markerting, Business Development, or a similar role, preferably in a crypto startup
- Fluency in spoken & written English and Bahasa Indonesian is a MUST
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and community management in the crypto space
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas that resonate with the Indonesian crypto audience

**Salary**: Up to Rp22,500,000 per month
