Territory Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Territory Growth Specialist. This role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within a specific territory, driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within a specific territory
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Mentor and coach a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales roles
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or marketing
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
