Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Territory Growth Specialist. This role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within a specific territory, driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within a specific territory
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Mentor and coach a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or marketing
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
