Country Sales Manager

**Key Accountabilities**:
- Managing Engagements with Clients organization through direct/indirect channels
- Managing the complete Sales Process end to end
- Lead the Presales & SME team, including personally driving sales deals, to contribute significantly towards STL target bookings
- Develop and report sales OB (Order Book) forecasts based on visibility into direct and partner pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Develop and execute an account management plan aimed at ensuring strong pipeline growth
- Work with STL functional teams, including Marketing, Support, Services and Engineering, to drive sales, support, and product development strategy based on market need
**Preferred Experience and Qualification**:
- Demonstrate a business acumen with a proven sales track record in major Telco operators, incl. key accounts, such as Indosat Ooredoo, Telkom Group, Telkomsel, XL Axiata, PT Hutchinson 3 Indonesia, Smartfren, Enterprises such as Biznet, MKM, Firstmedia, Bali Tower, CBN and other Multiservice play clients, etc. An understanding of the Indonesia Media & PayTV market will be an added advantage.

- Excellent influencing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations
- Must hold a solid and credible network of contacts in the designated market area
- Driven by goals - consistently exceed key performance metrics
- Knowledge of Telecom infrastructure and digital transformation products and services (Mobile Broadband equipment, B/OSS Software, SP Wi-Fi Products, and CEM will be an additional advantage)
