Key Responsibilities
Memberikan dukungan teknis kepada pengguna akhir dalam hal masalah teknis yang terkait dengan perangkat keras (hardware) dan perangkat lunak (software).
Memantau dan menangani tiket layanan dukungan teknis yang masuk dari pengguna akhir melalui sistem layanan dukungan teknis yang terkelola dengan baik.
Menyelesaikan masalah teknis yang terkait dengan sistem operasi, aplikasi, dan perangkat keras yang digunakan oleh pengguna akhir, baik secara langsung atau melalui remote access.
Menjaga dan memperbarui dokumen teknis, seperti panduan pengguna dan prosedur layanan dukungan teknis.
Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan pemeliharaan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak pada desktop dan laptop pengguna akhir.
Menjaga ketersediaan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, serta memperbarui lisensi yang sesuai.
Menjalin hubungan dengan pengguna akhir dan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan mereka dalam hal dukungan teknis, serta memberikan solusi yang tepat dan efektif.
Membantu dalam pelatihan pengguna akhir tentang perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang digunakan, serta memberikan saran tentang cara terbaik untuk menggunakan teknologi yang tersedia.
Mengelola inventaris perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak untuk pengguna akhir, termasuk pembelian dan pengiriman perangkat baru dan pengganti.
**Key Requirements**:
Pendidikan mínimal Diploma atau Sarjana S1 dalam bidang Teknologi Informasi atau Ilmu Komputer.
Pengalaman kerja mínimal 2 tahun dalam bidang dukungan teknis (technical support), khususnya dalam mendukung pengguna akhir (end user).
Memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang baik tentang sistem operasi, perangkat keras (hardware), perangkat lunak (software), dan jaringan komputer.
Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang Zoom Meeting (Enterprise) Per User
Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan pengguna akhir dan memiliki keterampilan interpersonal yang kuat.
Bersedia bekerja secara fleksibel dan memiliki kemampuan manajemen waktu yang baik.
