- Knowledge related to Desktop Operating System: Windows 7, 8, 10, Mac
- Knowledge of Client Desktop Security: Antivirus and Domain System
- Knowledge of Networks and computer connections such as: Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/ IP, DHCP, Proxy/Internet

**Scope of Work**
- As IT Support and troubleshooting for Software and Hardware devices on Desktop / Notebook PC devices, Client Network, and IT peripheral end user devices other standard computing
- Escalating problems related to computer hardware damage to staff / The company's internal IT or to the maintenance vendor / principal of the related device
