Roles and Responsibilities
1. 8x5 IT Operational Support (Office Hour)
2. A fully outsourced model to assist daily IT operational activities related to client computer hardware and software.
3. Support regarding computer hardware issues that require a visit to the end user's location
4. Process Support Escalation of problems that require support by the Customer's Internal IT team or Customer Work Partners
5. Software installation support, remote support, and client computer Operating System issues
6. Job support that meets and adapts Occupational Security and Safety (K3) standards to protect personnel/employees working in the Company's environment.
7. Proactive and Communicative in doing the job.
8. Build cooperation and develop good relations with various levels of users/company employees.
