Senior Revenue

Ensure accurate and appropriate recording of Company’s Revenue according to SLA, which includes bank reconciliation process of revenue accounts (revenue in bank book v.s company book).
- Perform bank reconciliation of ALTO’s revenue bank accounts (rekening penampungan pendapatan)
- Discuss with related divisions (i.e. Segment, Products, IT and Operations) to determine the proper transaction flow for journal recording purpose
- Discuss with internal finance team for automation of revenue recognition
Main Responsibility
- Ensure ALTO’s revenue has been recorded accurately and completely, in accordance with month end closing SLA for some of ALTO’s products.
- Review bank reconciliation for ALTO’s revenue bank accounts (rekening penampungan pendapatan.
- Review bank reconciliation performed by operation team on ALTO’s settlement accounts.
- Ensure no unidentified reconciling items on ALTO’s revenue bank accounts (rekening penampungan pendapatan) and ALTO’s settlement accounts, and all reconciling items has been properly followed up.
- Discuss with related divisions (i.e. Segment, Products, IT and Operations) to determine the proper transaction flow for journal recording purpose (for existing - review - and new products).
- Discuss with internal finance team for automation of revenue recognition.
Other Responsibility
- Support the Finance Team in daily operations to completed month end closing purpose.
- Perform ad-hoc for internal and external audit.

- Pengalaman Kerja
- Min. 3 years of experience as finance/revenue & reconciliation staff
- Experience working in fintech/payment company
- Understand transaction/working flow of revenue in payment company (i.e. recon, settlement and deposits)
- Experience in using SAP
- Good computer literacy (MS Office package)
