About Our Client

A leading brand in airtight food storage is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive revenue growth and expansion across all sales channels.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue through Modern Trade, General Trade, E-commerce, and B2B channels.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by opening new sales channels and acquiring distributors.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets, providing direction, training, and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition and identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the President Director to develop and execute plans to increase EBIT.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team.

The Successful Applicant:

We are seeking a proven sales leader with experience in senior roles within retail, FMCG, or distribution sectors. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of the Indonesian market, including experience with Modern Trade, General Trade, E-commerce, and B2B sales channels.
