Pertanggungjawab terhadap pencapaian target penjualan debitur melalui strategi pengembangan jaringan Agency.
- Melakukan rekrut Business Agent (BA) untuk pengembangan jaringan sesuai dengan profil yang tepat.
- Menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan BA, sehingga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas BA yang sudah direkrut untuk menghasilkan BA Produktif.
- Membina dan membantu BA untuk mengembangkan strategi agency dengan tujuan menghasilkan jumlah debitur prospect (siap disurvey oleh Surveyor).
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan PBF Head / Supervisor dan pihak lainnya dalam pelaksanaan aktifitas hariannya.

- Usia Maksimal 27 Thn.
- Pendidikan min. S1 Semua Jurusan.
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi & SIM C.
- Supel dan mudah bergaul.
- Siap bekerja dengan target.
- Memiliki pengalaman Marketing Bank & BPR mínimal 1 tahun.
- Fresh Graduate dipersilahkan melamar
- Siap bekerja dilapangan.
- Memiliki banyak jaringan marketing property
Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu
Gaji: Dari Rp4.526.000 per bulan
Kemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:
- Sidoarjo: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)
