**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored specifically to the unique characteristics of the Southeast Asian market.
Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
Expand our presence in existing markets and explore new market entry opportunities within the region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor product offerings and marketing strategies to meet the needs of the Southeast Asian market.
**Sales Team Leadership**:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team capable of achieving ambitious sales targets within the region.
Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the team, and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure success.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the sales team.
**Sales Forecasting and Reporting**:
Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets based on market analysis and sales trends within Southeast Asia.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement.
Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop localized sales collateral, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns for the Southeast Asian market.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales leadership roles within the CPG industry, with a focus on the Southeast Asian market.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in Southeast Asia.
Deep understanding of the cultural, economic, and regulatory landscape of Southeast Asia, with experience navigating diverse markets within the region.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a multicultural sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English
