We are looking for **Senior Brand Partnerships Associate** to develop new partners and actively seek new opportunities.
**THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH AND ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED**
**What you’ll do**:
- Develop awareness and acquire strategic partnerships through channels and collaborations such as co-branding and joint marketing programs
- Develop and execute event sponsorship activities to build brand awareness and increase business growth
- Acquire new first-time users or new driver leads through brand activation and partnerships programs
- Acquire new partners for Rewards (Loyalty) programs
- Maintain relationships with existing partners and develop new collaboration opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and timeline of the all projects
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Driver Ops teams to create partnership activities
**What we seek**:
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Good analytical skills
- Capable of making key marketing decisions or providing practical recommendations based on market data
- Fluent in English is a must
**What you’ll need**:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university preferably from Business / Marketing / Communications major
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Partnerships / Brand Activation / Business Development / Merchant Acquisitions executive
- Experienced in conducting offline activation, branding projects/campaigns that involved collaboration with various stakeholders
- Experienced in event sponsorship / event management
- Have a wide range of close contact networks of partners/merchants/brands preferably from various industries such as Retail and Wholesale, Automotive, Business Association, Public Transport, Shopping Malls, Event/Exhibition organizers, etc
