Responsible for identifying and acquiring new partners through strategic outreach, relationship building, and the company's strategic goals.
- Manage ongoing partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication, and facilitating effective collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal to develop partnership strategies and execute partnership agreements.
- Develop partnership proposals, presentations, and materials to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of collaboration.
- Monitor and track partnership performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree from any major (preferably Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Up to 3 years experience as Partnerships Associate/ Staff, Partnerships Management, Business Development, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills.
- Experience in B2G Partnerships will be an added advantage.
- Broad knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and give actionable insights.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
