Sr. Merchant Partnership Executive

**About the Role**
Are you ready to help bring awareness for GoFood merchant as** **Sr. Merchant Partnership Executive? In this role, you will be an integral player within the GoFood Marketing team based in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will lead GoFood partnership with strategic merchants to not only strengthen the relationship between both parties, but also to help grow the business by driving more traffic to the platform. You will also work hand to hand with the trade marketing team to have an exposure nationwide. The folks in the GoFood brand, Sales, Creative and Strategy teams will be your companions.
**What You Will Do**:
- Translate the partnership ideation and objectives into a joint business plan between GoFood business unit with key strategic merchants
- Drive the project implementation & coordination with both internal and external stakeholders by developing an efficient framework for seamless team collaboration, that includes aligning project prioritization, timeline, and problem-solving
- Negotiates partnership terms and presents between GoFood and key strategic merchants
- Identify the business opportunity from merchant perspective related to GoFood kind of any partnership activities that we want to create on merchant app
- Work on ad-hoc merchants partnership projects and assignments with the most efficient execution
- Maximize brand awareness through any kind of partnership activations e.g. events, emotionally engaging campaigns, collaborative merchandises, etc
- Responsible for performance review of the assigned activities, able to give clear performance updates, with recommendations when things need to be enhanced
**What You Will Need**:
- Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience
- Builds and maintains strong internal and external professional relationships
- Good communication and negotiation skill with prior project management experience
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience handling partnership (brand level / merchants level)
- Good analytical skills, partnered with positive attitude, high learning agility, also new challenges and responsibilities with fast-paced working environment
- Superb team players, able to work with all levels to achieve business objective
- Excellent verbal, negotiation and written interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members
**About the Team**
GoFood Offline Marketing is part of GoFood Marketing HQ, based in Jakarta, with approximately 5 people on the team which consist of Managers and Executive. Yes We’re (so far) fully work-from-home and focusing on how we can drive marketing & business objectives from Offline Ecosystem. We trust in data, magic, and a supportive attitude to work with. We need strong team players to handle stakeholders, internal & external Brand Marketing, Merchants Marketing, Sales, Creative, EO, Media to create innovative offline to online (O2O) to have successful 360 marketing.
