We are looking for an energetic people-person who doesn't find social interactions draining. Your main task will be assisting our Partnership Manager in maintaining a good relationship with our clients. You will also be in charge of developing and executing strategies to increase Twibbonize's exposure and business growth, both socially and administratively, so we will be ecstatic if you are also an organized person who enjoys writing.

**Requirements**:
**What You Will Do**
- Planning and developing business and partnership strategies to achieve the company's goals and set the meeting schedules with the client
- Do some market research to find out, screening and develop new potential collaboration for Twibbonize
- Maintain a long-term good relationship with clients
- Able to develop partnership strategy with every market segmentation
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new clients
- Cross-division collaboration throughout every project
- Able to understand Twibbonize features and values, and to represent it to our potential partners
- Keep track of the dynamic of Twibbonize’s campaign, and to touch base with selected existing campaign creator to further understand the campaign’s background

**What You Will Need**
- Experienced in Marketing, Public Relations, or a similar field
- Assist in the development of business strategies
- Identify trends and market opportunities in the B2B market
- Assisting the BD Manager in providing administrative needs (MoM, MoU, weekly report, etc)
- Maintain a positive relationship with partners
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and negotiation skills
- Able to screen also develop some potential clients
- Great analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills
- Bilingual / multilingual (at least to be fluently in English)
- Great skills in writing
