About Us
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the advertising revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities to increase marketing spend in TikTok.
- Drive advertising marketing investment for TikTok by seeking partnerships with brands across multiple industries and utilizing our advertising solution.
- Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions with all clients.
- Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
- Update clients on TikTok advertising solutions, developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of running digital campaigns (digital media platform campaign, mobile/apps marketing)
- Experience in managing ecommerce of a credible FMCG business is a plus
- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
- Proven performance wins the support of key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

- Excellent communication, presentation skills and relationship building.
