As a Creator Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing partnerships with content creators to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with creators, as well as collaborating with them to execute campaigns and initiatives that align with our brand objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, project management, and a deep understanding of influencer marketing and digital media.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Partnership Identification**: Research and identify potential content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors whose audience demographics, values, and content align with our brand identity and target audience.

**Creator Onboarding**: Lead the onboarding process for new partners, including contract negotiation, content guidelines, brand alignment, and platform integration, to ensure a seamless and successful partnership launch.

**Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with creators, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for their needs, questions, and concerns throughout the partnership lifecycle.

**Campaign Collaboration**: Collaborate with creators to ideate, develop, and execute campaigns, activations, and initiatives that leverage their unique voice, audience, and creative talents to promote our brand, products, or services.

**Content Review and Feedback**: Review creator-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives, providing constructive feedback and guidance as needed to optimize performance.

**Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and gather insights to measure the effectiveness of creator partnerships, identify trends, and inform future strategies and optimizations.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, PR, product development, and legal, to align on campaign objectives, messaging, and deliverables, and ensure seamless execution and integration of creator partnerships across all channels.

**Creator Advocacy and Support**: Serve as a dedicated resource and advocate for creators within the organization, providing them with support, resources, and opportunities for growth and development.
Experience working with creators across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.

Knowledge of influencer marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software.

Familiarity with digital advertising, SEO, and content distribution strategies.

Active presence on social media platforms with a strong personal brand or following.

Experience in negotiating contracts and managing budgets for influencer partnerships.
