What The Job Covers*
- Identify relevant TikTok or Instagram trends that align with the brand and social strategy
- Ideate and create social media content and recipe video content across social media channels such as Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube, based on best practices of each platform
- Recipe development based on latest food, pop culture and social trends in Indonesia
- Content calendar planning, creation and publishing; you will be responsible for creating content in your own home or our food studio in Jakarta
- Social media account management; managing and growing followers, scheduling posts, creating copy & content across reels, grid posts, stories.
- Stay on top of social trends and deliver contents that is current and relevant
- Reaching out to other food content creators for potential collaborations
- Commit to keeping viewers engaged, understanding their needs, and interests
- Develop and analyze reports to ensure effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimizations.
- Support new business pitches by being actively involved in creative ideation sessions and proposals for existing and potential new clients.
- Support social media and outreach team for any new projects and admin work as and when required
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Who We Are Looking For**
Our new Social Media Content Creator will be a natural storyteller and ideas person who has experience creating content for social channels. Above all, you will bring a good energy and enjoy engaging with our community of home cooks We are looking for someone with:

- Passionate about cooking and recipe creation, enjoy being creative in the kitchen and making food not just taste good but look good
- Buckets of creativity, energy, high attention to detail with a creative eye for thumb stopping, powerful social content.
- Success in building following of audience of Instagram and Tik Tok, either own social accounts or other community accounts
- Strong understanding of channels and content best practices
- Experience with content creation of Tik Tok/Reels styled content
- Comfortable being in front of camera and recording voice-overs for social content
- Self-starter and able to manage own time efficiently
- Enjoy staying up-to-date about the latest social media, pop culture and food trends
- Proficient in video editing, on screen graphics and formatting
- The ability to work autonomously, think on their feet to create engaging content and stay on top of trends
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for sharing ideas and learning new skills.
- Accountability for deadlines - that can often be tight turnarounds - and thinking ahead, preempting any problems and suggesting solutions to help us work smartly and efficiently.
