Prakasa Group seeks a talented and enthusiastic **Junior Social Media Creator **to join our dynamic marketing team.

As a Junior Social Media Creator, you will be crucial in crafting engaging and compelling content for our social media platforms. You will assist in managing our social media presence, driving brand awareness, and fostering meaningful connections with our audience. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual passionate about social media marketing to gain valuable experience and contribute to our organization's success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media content strategies that align with our brand objectives.
- Create engaging and high-quality content and live content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Having experience in e-commerce and doing live content will be a plus.
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our social media channels, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to inform content creation and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to develop visually appealing and shareable social media assets.
- Monitor social media analytics to assess content performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
- Assist in managing influencer partnerships and social media collaborations.
- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and contests.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure all social media content meets our brand guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- They are proficient in using various social media platforms and are familiar with their respective best practices.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer is a plus.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles and photo/video editing tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
