Validate Customer Profile
- Receive customer order and forward to International Freight Forwarding Operator (IFFO) for simple shipments
- Secure correct implementation of new traffics
- Receive and Monitoring International Freight Forwarding Operator (IFFO) record customer order in the TMS (Transport Management System); validate alignment of the customer order with our offer (quotation, SOP)
- Define the execution plan (routing), considering related constraints (embargoes, Transit Time, requirement )
- Follow the Customer Order - Provide customer Supply chain visibility
- Propose optimized routes and consolidation
- Contribute to improve Partners and Vendor performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree from recognized university or relevant qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an International Freight Forwarding Company in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural multi-national company environment as operation or customer service operation support position
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English
- Good Negotiation skill
- Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Numeracy & Statistics Skills
- Supply Chain, Logistics, International freight forwarding, Customs clearance understanding business process understanding
- Reactivity, creativity and anticipation towards customers’ needs for troubleshooting and solutions
