**Job Descriptions**:

- **Account / Solution Analysis**
- Bersama tim penjualan menggali kebutuhan bisnis pelanggan. bekerjasama dengan tim penjualan, konsultan, maupun produk dalam menghasilkan solusi terpadu pada area solusi yang merupakan tanggung jawabnya (cross-sell/up-sell) terhadap kebutuhan sistem informasi pelanggan (riset dan pengembangan). Mengkoordinasikan dan mengkonsolidasi solusi portofolio yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Melaksanakan presentasi dan berdiskusi dengan pelanggan secara berinisiatif mencarikan / memberikan solusi yang tepat dan menuliskannya kedalam proposal.- **Account Profiling and Budgeting**
- Bersama tim penjualan melaksanakan account profiling dengan melaksanakan assessment kebutuhan pelanggan dari sisi teknis dan membuat daftar solusi yang pernah diimplementasikan pada pelanggan (account history). Membantu tim penjualan dalam merumuskan potensi opportunity pada account, strategi serta rencana pencapaian permintaan proyek baru dimasa mendatang.- Mengadakan Joint Planning Session (JPS) dan POC Bersama dengan tim produk.- **Pengembangan Profesi**
- Memelihara dan mengembangkan keterampilan teknis dalam area:
- 1. Produk perangkat keras, perangkat lunak dan jasa.- 2. Pengetahuan berbagai business process berbagai industri dan aplikasi umumnya.- 3. Pengetahuan mengenai produk dan solusi yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan.- 4. Project Management.- 5. Lain-lain yang relevan dengan teknologi informatika.**Job Requirements**:

- Pendidikan Sarjana S-1.
- Memiliki pengalaman 3-4 tahun sebagai IT Sales / IT Support / IT Presales Support / Teknologi Informasi pada umumnya. Internal : 2-3 tahun sebagai presales support assc/full.
- Memiliki pengetahuan yang luas mengenai berbagai industri.
- Memiliki pengetahuan yang luas mengenai berbagai produk-produk IT.
- Memiliki pemahaman dasar yang baik tentang minimum 1 Center of Excellence / solusi IT (Infrastructure, Cloud, Mobility, Security, Network, Big Data).
- Memiliki pemahaman mengenai portofolio yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan.
