We are looking for a Senior Collections Manager to monitor staff and oversee the procedures to reduce delinquency and default as well as reduce write-offs. Ensure that Collection Policies are updated and followed as well as setting up new policies on future new product launches. To be a successful collections manager, you should be analytical and have great report writing skills. Ultimately, a top-notch collections manager should have extensive knowledge of collection laws, and continuously find ways to improve the company’s debt recovery.
**What you will do**:

- Lead strategic projects as the strategy business partner for our business leads and execute them to fruition, as a hands-on execution leader
- Conduct market entry study, M&A strategy and high-level business roadmaps including revenue pools, macro data, competitive landscape and regulatory landscapeEducate team with strategic analyses of latest global macro trends and synthesized actionable “So Whats”, communicated in a Minto pyramid and data-driven manner
- Work with CFO and CEO on equity fundraising equity, developing pitch decks, financial/ valuation analyses and financial modeling
- Keep abreast with key competitors and leading global comparable, breaking down their business models, and synthesizing key insights as well as developments
- Identify acquisition and investment targets, lead negotiation and due diligence, and work with external service providers (e.g., audit firms) and the deal captain where relevant
- Conduct post-merger integration (PMI) with invested firms to ensure smooth integration and/ or achievement of strategic goals. Work with FP&A team and CFO to monitor performance

**What we are looking for**:

- 6+ years of relevant experience in the Strategy and/or Corporate Development area. Preferably with a strategy consultant, high growth company, or a FinTech
- Experience at the Big 3 strategy consultants (MBB), or equivalent, would be an advantage
- Understanding of how banks and financial services work
- Experience working in both a start-up or small company environment, as well as a big corporate
- Advanced modeling (incl. pivot tables, data tables) and presentation skills

- Obsessed with MECE structured thinking, “so what” synthesis and pyramid-based story telling
- Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills
- Highly analytical, impact-focused and data-driven (comfortable with precision and 80-20)
- Validated performance in a high pressure, high growth environment
