Job Summary
Facilitate the Corporate L&D program through the effective end-to-end learning activities that designed to support organization strategy. The incumbent will develop, implement, and evaluate L&D solutions, as well as support the Head of Corporate Learning & HR Team in developing employees to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate New Hire On Boarding program through the General On Boarding for PTAC-IDNRC and Departmental On Boarding for Non-Manager.
End-to-End Learning implementation; from TNA (by Development Item and/or other TNA activities), designing material, conduct the training, evaluate, & measure.
Facilitate Learning & Development Needs for Corporate Employee (Non-Manager) through Role-Based Competencies Training (Soft Skills & Hard Skills), Professional Certification, Job Assignment, and other development program that related to Company needs.
Produce the Corporate Learning report as the measurement of CL activities & qualities (MOR, Training Inventory, Certification Master File)
Manage end-to-end Knowledge Management System through all of the KM Phase (knowledge mapping, development, sharing, and evaluation).
Maintain the local online learning platform and online learning trough Enterprise platform
Process Improvement in Corporate Learning (i.e. SOP evaluation, training evaluation, etc.)
Collaborate with other HR Function in the people development/engagement area based on the organization needs (i.e. Culture project, Internship, etc.)
