- Melakukan proses administrasi yang berkaitan dengan kantor layanan CAR di Kediri
- Akfititas layanan nasabah terkait seperti:

- Melakukan kunjungan berkala kepada pemegang polis, terutama untuk yang pembayarannya terhambat.
- Menangani pengajuan klaim dan melakukan investigasi jika dan melakukan follow up proses klaim ke kantor pusat sampai klaim diputuskan

- Melakukan pengkinian data nasabah
- Membuat report aktifitas harian, bulanan, dan tahunan
