Calculate manpower needs for CM outstation, involved in interview process, and initiate onboarding improvement plans if needed

**Ensure pre-opening checklist is completed, such as**: Monitor and check price tag, BOQ file, stock, material corner, sponsor material are all readily available and installed correctly

Ensure workshop SLAs for interior area are met as per store opening timeline Train CM expansion on the daily task and ensure the individual can perform well after training

Ensure minimum number of Meetings with Clients per day are achieved Perform as temporary substitution of CM to support operational of new and existing cities, which will do the following as job desc

Work closely with DDP (Dekoruma Designer Program) to set up meetings with clients to understand their residential interior needs and present Dekoruma interior design service process

Train DDP to close the project deals

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships

Continuously improve through feedback

Communicate client and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments in order to maximize satisfaction

Monitor project progress and solve the issues along with related departments to minimize product/design absorption; also work together with DDP to communicate it to clients

Manage pricing, billing, and collections to clients

Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects

Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Conduct monthly DEC training/sharing session with SDA (Sales Design Advisor) to share clients’ characteristics
Bachelor degree in any major is preferred with 4-5 year experience in related field

Has knowledge/experience in handling interior/architecture/furniture projects is an advantage

Willing to go on a business trip regularly

High attention to detail and initiatives, also able to work in a fast-paced environment

Enthusiastic worker, possess an ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines

Insatiable thirst for knowledge always keeping up with trends

Possess a strong ability to form meaningful relationships with people, being very approachable and relatable

High interest in home & living and living through the idea of homemaking are preferable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients

Capable of training others and gathering insights from clients and competitors
