Our client is a leader in additives industry, currently they are seeking a dynamic professional to manage and expand relationships with top-tier global and regional accounts.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and implement Southeast Asia account plans for key global and local clients.
  • Foster and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver impactful sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with customer organizations to gather market insights and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Accurately maintain call reports, sales forecasts, and customer plans.
  • Deliver regular updates and insights on account performance to senior leaders.
  • Partner with distributors to defend and enhance the company's market presence.

The Successful Applicant

  • A bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience in lubricants, additives, or related industries such as oil, chemical, or OEMs.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a creative approach to problem-solving and achieving results.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Southeast Asia region.
