  • Creative to find opportunity in Modernization sales
  • Manage and Work with Modernization Sales to maintain customer and achieving target
  • Comply to sales procedure
  • Coordination with service manager to find information in existing portfolio
  • Coordination with New Installation sales for Modernization opportunity
  • Provides best sales solution to customer
  • Create & submit budgetary/offer quotation to customer
  • Join and follow up tender process
  • Proactive negotiation to customer
  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Update bids & register
  • Comply estimation inquiry template as per SED requirement
  • Diligent to create opportunity in Shape Sales

  • Desired experience in the similar position for at least 5 years.
  • Desired knowledge in elevator and escalators industry, products, market, Sales skills, Communication skill, IT skills, Schindler Finance knowledge, English skills. Customer oriented behavior.
  • Desired completed university education Degree Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics. Sales/Marketing
  • Great working environment.
