Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing and implementing the company's overall sales strategy, setting long-term goals, overseeing sales departments, and collaborating with the C-suite to drive business growth.
  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
  • Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
  • Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
  • Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals.
  • Work collaboratively across teams.
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
  • Directly responsible for growth of sales of all SCHÜTZ products and services in Indonesia.
  • To achieve greater sales of SCHÜTZ IBC, Drum, & STS by achieving & exceeding the agreed sales targets, through new project and share development within Key Customers.
  • To represent SCHÜTZ in the market in a professional and ethical manner.
  • To gain respect in the general market place for our firm as the supplier of choice for quality packaging solutions.
  • To gain knowledge and understanding of developments in the industrial packaging market in the designated region, including the activities of our competitors, to better achieve sustainable sales growth.
  • Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and to identify market trends, needs and opportunities and translate them into business success.
  • Galvanize Sales effort, also strengthening the Sales team development.
