Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Melakukan penjualan produk Employee Benefit.
- Melakukan cross-selling penjualan produk Employee Benefit.
- Membangun dan memelihara hubungan baik dengan mitra bisnis (partner) untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
- Mengidentifikasi dan memahami kebutuhan klien/customer untuk menyusun polis yang sesuai dengan produk Employee Benefit.
Kualifikasi:
- Memiliki pendidikan minimal D3.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2-5 tahun sebagai sales Employee Benefit.
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di perusahaan broker asuransi.
- Terbiasa dengan target.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dan melakukan persuasi dengan baik.
